Rosemary

“I nourish the strength within you.”

What Rosemary teaches

How to eat like someone who is on their own side — enough, and gently, without turning a plate into a test of your character.

“A meal is a meal. It is not a referendum.”

The Problem

Food stopped being fuel and became a verdict on your character.

The Truth

Eating becomes ordinary again. Not a test you pass or fail.

Rosemary believes

  • Food is nourishment, not punishment.
  • Every meal is a new opportunity.
  • Progress over perfection.
  • Sustainable habits create lasting change.

Progress over perfection

The trap, and the way out of it

The trap

One imperfect meal becomes an imperfect day, and an imperfect day becomes a reason to stop trying until Monday.

What is actually true

A meal is a meal. It is not a referendum. The next one is only ever a few hours away, and it does not need to atone for anything.

The quest

Five Tiers. Six Months.

Rosemary's quest builds gentle, sustainable nutrition habits over six months, one small and encouraging step at a time.

Hatchling

From day one

“I'm paying attention.”

Foundation

Track Every Meal for 7 Days

Log everything you eat for 7 consecutive days — any method (app, journal, photo). No judgment, just awareness.

What Kate looks for: 7-day complete meal log submitted. All 7 days required before Goal 2 unlocks.

Layer

Hit Your Daily Water Goal 5 out of the Next 7 Days

Using the awareness from your meal log, now add intentional daily hydration. Reach your water target (minimum 64 oz) on 5 of 7 days.

What Kate looks for: 7-day water log submitted alongside meal log. 5 of 7 days must meet target.

Proof

Cook 5 Home Meals in One Week

Using what you learned tracking your food and water, prepare and eat 5 home-cooked meals in one week. Meal prep counts.

What Kate looks for: Photo of each home-cooked meal submitted. 5 photos required.

Apprentice

From week 3

“I'm building the habit.”

Foundation

Hit Protein Goal 15 out of 21 Days

Establish your daily protein target with Kate (minimum 80g). Track and hit it on at least 15 of the 21 days.

What Kate looks for: 21-day nutrition log submitted with protein column visible. 15+ days must meet target.

Layer

Cook at Home 90% of Meals for the Same 21 Days

While tracking protein, maintain home cooking. Eat home-prepared meals for at least 18 of the 21 days.

What Kate looks for: Meal log showing home vs. eating out for the same 21-day period. 18+ home meals required.

Proof

Eliminate One Processed Food Category for the Final 14 Days

Choose one category to cut (soda, fast food, chips, candy, alcohol). Remove it for 14 consecutive days while maintaining Goals 1 and 2.

What Kate looks for: Written declaration of chosen category + 14-day log confirming removal.

Guardian

From week 8

“The habit is holding.”

Foundation

Track All Macros for 30 Consecutive Days

Expand from protein-only tracking to logging protein, carbohydrates, and fat every day for 30 days straight.

What Kate looks for: 30-day full macro log submitted. All three macros tracked daily.

Layer

Hit All Three Macros on 25 of the 30 Days

Using the same 30-day log, hit all three macro targets on at least 25 of the 30 days.

What Kate looks for: Same 30-day log reviewed. Days hitting all three targets highlighted.

Proof

Complete 8 Consecutive Weeks of Sunday Meal Prep

Prep meals for the coming week every Sunday for 8 straight weeks. Minimum 3 meals prepped per session.

What Kate looks for: Photo submitted every Sunday. 8 photos total required. Missed Sunday resets the count.

Champion

From week 16

“I can sustain this for months.”

Foundation

Maintain 90% Macro Compliance for 16 Weeks

Hit all three daily macro targets on at least 90% of days across 16 full weeks (100+ of 112 days).

What Kate looks for: 16-week full macro log submitted. Compliance percentage calculated.

Layer

Build a Personal Recipe Bank of 20 Mastered Home Meals

Document 20 go-to meals you have fully mastered — meals you can make from memory that hit your nutrition targets.

What Kate looks for: Written or photographed recipe bank of 20 meals submitted.

Proof

Complete One Full Nutrition Reset or Structured Challenge

Complete a defined protocol — Kate's custom nutrition challenge, a 21-day reset, or equivalent — in full while maintaining your recipe bank.

What Kate looks for: Challenge start and end dates + daily log submitted. Kate confirms full completion.

Dragon Master

From week 26

“This is who I am now.”

Foundation

Sustain Nutrition Consistency Across 6 Full Months

Maintain 80%+ daily macro compliance across all 26 weeks. That is at least 146 of 182 days hitting all targets.

What Kate looks for: Full 26-week macro log submitted. Kate performs final review.

Layer

Teach One Nutrition Habit to Someone Else

Share a meal prep session, walk someone through macro tracking, or cook a recipe for someone and explain the why behind it.

What Kate looks for: Written account submitted — who you taught, what you shared, what happened.

Proof

Sustain a Health Metric Benchmark for 90 Consecutive Days

Maintain a measurable health outcome — goal weight range, energy benchmark, or lab-verified marker — for 90 straight days.

What Kate looks for: 90-day tracking log submitted. Metric defined at start. Coach or medical verification accepted.
